She had recruiting experience while in California. When moving to the Midwest, she discovered very few recruiters that were available to assist Midwest candidates in the employment market. This encouraged the development of this recruitment firm. Since then we have emerged into a full recruitment firm for Engineering, Administrative and all disciplines in the Manufacturing arena.
