Description:
We need AG Loan Officers for a local SW Iowa Client. Responsible for all areas of Ag loans from origination to monthly inspections. To promote the Bank and its products and services to customers and employees, providing prompt, efficient and courteous service in an effort to develop ongoing, long-term customer relationships. Continually observes and reviews processes and procedures to insure continued process improvement for maintenance of and increased quality customer service. Reviews files for accurate documentation and analysis of financial information. Examines, evaluates, and authorizes or recommends approval of customer applications for Ag/loans by performing required duties. Commerical Lending experience a plus as well.
