My client is now seeking a Human Resource Director that has been in the meat industry. This candidate will be this person is responsible for all of Safety, Health Services, HR, Employment, and Training. They would like candidates that have Labor relations experience in a union environment and that has dealt with union grievances and contract negotiations. They also are required to develop, implement and coordinate policies and procedures for Human Resource Department
