Description:
The Compensation and Benefits Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring all company benefit and compensation programs at the global level. This person will have the opportunity to strategically impact the competitiveness of the Company by designing programs that maintain and enhance our worldwide team philosophies and environment. Skills of leadership, data analysis and interpretation, networking, and providing imaginative but practical solutions will be fully utilized in this role.

Requirement - Experience: - The ideal candidate will have: Bachelor`s degree At least five years progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in compensation and benefits. PHR/SPHR or CCP/CBP certifications are preferred International business experience is a plus.
