POSITION SUMMARY:
The Compensation, Benefits & HCM Specialist is responsible for supporting Compensation, Benefits, and HCM systems management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide internal consulting services regarding the interpretation and application of HR policies and processes for compensation, benefits, and HR systems
• Responsible for implementation, maintenance and audit of HR systems and employee data
• Compensation market analysis and benchmarking to properly align roles to internal salary structures
• Maintain salary structures and ensure alignment with market
• Assist in management of corporate incentive compensation, equity planning and merit planning processes
• Participate in Corporate Compensation, Total Rewards and Technology council meetings
• Develop and implement onsite wellness programs and activities
• Manage leave of absence, FMLA and disability programs
• Process changes to employee data and maintain employee files
• Update sales incentive plans annually and as needed
• Monitor progress on completion of compliance training
• Preparation of data for affirmative action and government compliance reporting
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in compensation and benefits
• PHR preferred
• Strong computer skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
