Description

We are currently looking for an addition to our Northeast Region Sales Team


• Understand your market/territory to develop activity plans and market penetration plans
• Meet or exceed all performance metrics with regards to activity and closed business
• Manage assigned customers to ensure high level of customer satisfaction while looking to deepen and strengthen relationship
• Work collaboratively with all internal resources to meet and exceed customers’ needs
• Perform on-site demonstrations y when needed
• Utilize Salesforce.com to manage your business

Experience
• Bachelor level degree in Business, Business Administration in Management, or engineering preferred
• At least 5-10 years’ experience in industrial equipment sales
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Strong business acumen, numerate and commercially aware
• Comfortable with working in a rapidly changing environment
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentations etc.)
• Excellent interpersonal skills - able to liaise, gain commitment and “buy-in” to ideas
