Position Summary:

Reporting to the VP Customer Experience this role will support the development of customer experience strategy in North America and drive its execution to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty and value. You will be setting the strategy for Lean Sigma project implementation. Working with executive leadership, select and prioritize projects to ensure improvement program aligns with strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development and implementation of cross-functional customer journeys
  • Improve efficiency, effectiveness, service quality, and customer satisfaction while reducing operational costs across North America business
  • Play a crucial role in continuous process development and standardization
  • Identify root causes of issues and driving resolution while liaising between functions and departments
  • Select and prioritize projects to ensure improvement program aligns with strategic goals.
  • Set the strategy for Lean Sigma project implementation
  • Drive the execution of strategies to improve customer satisfaction, loyalty, and value

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (preferred) Green Belt Certification (required)
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required – MBA Preferred
  • 2-5 years’ experience in leading and coaching Lean Sigma projects
  • Customer focused approach
