Support person for all administrative functions to include scheduling and management of the President’s tasks.
- Serve as a liaison to the President of the company
- Provide support to President on activities, professional organizations, and Boards of Directors.
- Meeting Planning/Agenda coordination
- Accounting functions
- Handle high profile customers
- Manage travel arrangements for President and team members
- Coordinate company calendar. Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate staff meetings (agenda, communications).
- Track and summarize expense reports. Assist with accounts payable and invoicing.
- Actively look for opportunities to reduce expenses.
- Assist in preparation of presentation materials.
- Assist in design and maintenance of website and other publications.
- Serve as representative for community/professional events and associations.
- Support and resource to staff as needed.
