The Senior Regional Sales Manager will be a key member of the Americas Sales Team team with a focus on developing business in the North Western part of the U.S.. This position will report to the Director of Sales and be responsible for working with and managing channel sales partners. The successful candidate will be a skilled influencer able to assess customer needs and facilitate solutions unique to their business.


  • Work with the Regional Sales Director of the Americas to establish and implement strategic direction for the assigned region
  • Execute sales efforts in the assigned territory
  • Meet or exceed established quotas
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics in concert with company plans, goals, and policies
  • Develop account plans and contribute to regional and global sales plans
  • Responsible for managing all aspects of the sales cycle including developing and managing partnerships with customers
  • Develop accurate territory forecasts
  • Manage and maintain the opportunity funnel to accurately represent the region’s business
  • Communicate with customers at all levels, and communicate the needs of customers to the company
  • Provide product demonstrations at customer venues, and organize and conduct EMC and RF workshops and seminars


  • Minimum of 7 years of experience selling Test & Measurement solutions to customeram
  • Compliance Test Industry, EMC and/or RF systems/amplifiers experience is preferred
  • Experience managing channels partners including Manufacturer’s Reps, Distribution Partners, and Rental Partners
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to effectively interact cross-functionally within the organization
  • Proficiency in MS-Office, CRM, and Sales tools
  • Readiness and ability to travel extensively throughout the assigned region
  • Must be a S. Citizen
  • Travel 50%+ including international


  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
